Walmart's rolling out their own EV charging statons… pretty neat, huh??

I think it will be interesting to see shopping centers with EV charging stations. Do you guys think that the conept of gas stations will continue exist in the future if every business can throw a charger in the parking lot?

Finally! i kept on wondering when Walmart will invest in EV charging stations, its so convenient to shop freely while your EV is charging... it is still a matter of supply and demand in my opinion, is the number of charging station enough to cater each customer?what will happen to gas-powered vehicles? I guess time will tell.

I don't think gas-powered vehicles will stop existing, though. But yes, EV charging stations will appear more and more.

Yeah, gas vehicles aren’t vanishing anytime soon, but it’s awesome to see places like Walmart getting in on the action. The real question is how fast we’ll start seeing chargers pop up everywhere, just like gas pumps. It'll be wild to see if businesses can keep up with the demand, especially in places where EVs are still gaining traction.

Yeah, it’s pretty cool that Walmart’s gettin into EV charging! It’ll definitely be interesting to see how shopping centers start adding chargers. As for gas stations, I think they’ll still be around for a while, especialy in areas where EV adoption is slower. But as more businesses install chargers, we could see fewer traditional gas stations over time and more EVs, especially if charging becomes more accessible and conveneint. Just a thought.

It’s a great move, but I hope they do it right. Some retailers have slow or unreliable chargers, and if Walmart wants to seriously compete, they need high-speed, well-maintained chargers that don’t cost a fortune. As for gas stations? They’re not disappearing anytime soon, but they’ll have to adapt or risk becoming obsolete.

Totally agree. The convenience of charging while you shop is a game-changer. I think Walmart’s move could push other businesses to follow suit, but like @Claude_GTA said, they need to make sure the chargers are fast and reliable, or it’ll kinda defeat the purpose.

It’s cool that Walmart is adding chargers, but I hope they focus on fast chargers and reliable maintenance. EV owners don’t want a half-working charger that barely gives any juice! As for gas stations, I think they’ll adapt rather than disappear, maybe turning into multi-fuel hubs with EV fast charging, hydrogen, and biofuels.
