ID.4 rear rattle noise

So far, there have been no major issues with my 2-year-old VW ID.4. However, I'm hearing an annoying sound coming from the trunk area. Initially, I suspected suspension issues, but a recent inspection of a lift revealed no problems. What else might be causing the noise?

Hey, did you ever check those plastic panels under the trunk? One of mine was going nuts, rattling like crazy! I even jacked up the rear to get a good look and see if I could knock anything loose.

Just did this, and the noise is still there. Thanks for the tip anyway.

I found the solution already. I just changed my rear shocks and the noise is now gone.

Good to know you already found and fixed that noise on your VW ID.4. Most of the time suspensions
and bearings are the source of the noise, as well as those loose nuts.

Looks like I might have to change my shocks as well. I'm hearing this similar noise as well.
